Omni Hotel at the Battery Atlanta

I had such an amazing experience at the Omni Hotel in The Battery ATL! From the moment I arrived, Ashley and Tundé completely exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Ashley, the Front Desk Supervisor, was absolutely phenomenal. She made check-in smooth, welcoming, and personal. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of, and her energy truly set the tone for a great stay. Tundé, the Manager, was equally outstanding. His presence, leadership, and attentiveness to guests show exactly why this hotel runs so well. He checked in on my stay, made sure everything was perfect, and treated me with such kindness and respect. Both of them made my stay unforgettable. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it reflects in the way they treat their guests. If you’re staying in Atlanta—especially in The Battery—this is the hotel you want to be at. And if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Ashley or Tundé, just know you’re in excellent hands! Highly recommend!

My first time staying here was a fantastic experience! Gift, at the front desk, was excellent. He was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. The rooms were clean and despite being above the Battery, it wasn't too loud. I will definitely stay again in the future.

The "Home Run Hospitality" Review: From the moment I booked, the service was exceptional. I’m currently on a quest to visit all 30 MLB stadiums (Truist is #22!), and the team at the Omni truly made me feel like part of the family. They proactively noted my request for a ballpark view and were so enthusiastic about my mission. It’s one thing to have a great location, but the personal touch and 'Grand Slam' service here are what make it a must-stay for any baseball fan. They didn't just give me a room; they helped me celebrate a huge milestone!

Really cool property and location, with the Braves stadium and Battery full of restaurants. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and the service is great! Just some minor annoyances such as the TV having only two working channels (?), the in-room phone wasn't working, the power outlets in the nightstand fall out, and they only provide sample-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The Braves side of the hotel is loud at almost all hours, so if you're a light sleeper, request the parking lot side.

Stayed for 2 nights for a business trip. The service was top tier, the drinks and food were really good. Room service was quick. Would highly recommend this hotel, so many places nearby.

I was worried that this hotel would be hard to get too with all the construction utensils it was well worth the trip. I went there for a business trip and honestly its the only place I want to stay at now. I was on the 7th floor and the stay couldn't have been nicer. The staff was very friendly, very responsive and actually looked to enjoy helping people. The rooms was large enough and very clean. The air conditioner worked well, the shower was large with excellent pressure. Plenty of towels, basically when you show up you dont need to ask for anything. I cant say enough good things about this location. The catered our event and the food was also very good. It has a great view of the Braves stadium.

We had an amazing stay at the Omni Hotel at The Battery! Our room had an incredible view of Truist Park — the baseball field, Braves sign, the greenery, and the Ring statue, plus a great view of The Battery. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, and the staff brought anything we asked for right up. The heated pool and fire pit were perfect for a cold day, and we had a really fun, relaxing time. Valet was actually cheaper than the garage, which was a nice bonus. The only hiccup was housekeeping — our room wasn’t cleaned when we came back, but the front desk handled it quickly. Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again for that amazing view!

It’s located right in the heart of everything, with the baseball field clearly visible nearby. You can easily walk across the street to explore. There are many fantastic restaurants in the area, and we highly recommend trying the numerous hotel dining options, which we absolutely loved. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel itself was spotless. We had an amazing experience staying here, and we would happily recommend this place countless times to anyone looking to enjoy a central, convenient, and welcoming environment.
